Exciting times ahead. Following a meeting with my publisher at BookHub Publishing last week, it can be announced that Moany McMoan…The Accidental Hero, is this week going for 2nd print. I am over the moon that we have managed to sell out the first print. To say I am flabbergasted is to put it very mildly. The last few months have been like being on a giant roller-coaster and I just don’t want to get off. I hope to have received the 2nd print by the end of next week and from then on it will be available in selected shops around the country. A distribution deal with a major Publishing company is also being discussed at this moment in time also. If this goes through, then the book will be available in a lot of major bookshops throughout the country and also in the airports. Even better than that, is the fact discussions are in progress with a TV production company who have shown an interest in Moany and his adventures. So all going well, it looks like you just might be hearing and seeing a little bit more of Moany around the place. I will keep you all informed as soon as I know any more. Plans are also afoot for the sequel to “The Accidental Hero”. Work has already started on this project and I hope to have the first draft completed by January, with a view to having the book ready to hit the shelves by next summer. We still have a bit more work to do promoting The Accidental Hero but my excellent agent has all this in hand.
